What ePortalHub is

ePortalHub is an independent digital utility platform. We publish calculators, educational guides and decision-support tools across consumer finance and home improvement. Our goal is to make complicated cost and borrowing questions easier to understand before a visitor contacts a lender, financial provider or contractor.

ePortalHub is not a bank, lender, mortgage broker, insurance company or contractor unless a specific page clearly states otherwise. A calculator result is an estimate, not an approval, offer, appraisal or contractor bid.

Our two core content areas

  • Consumer finance: personal loans, mortgages, credit cards, banking, credit scores and repayment calculators.
  • Home improvement: project-cost calculators, planning guides, ROI education and optional contractor lead forms.

How we approach trust

Finance content can affect important financial decisions, so we prefer primary sources such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, federal regulators and official provider disclosures when a claim depends on current rules or product terms. Home-cost tools disclose that their assumptions are planning inputs and can be changed by the site administrator as source data is reviewed.

Advertising and commercial relationships

ePortalHub may earn revenue from advertising, affiliate links or lead-generation relationships. Commercial relationships are kept separate from editorial conclusions. Ads should be visually distinguishable from site controls and editorial content, and affiliate relationships should be disclosed where relevant.

Corrections and updates

If we identify a material factual, calculation or sourcing error, we aim to correct it promptly. Rate-sensitive finance content should be re-verified rather than updated only by changing a date. Home-project assumptions should be reviewed as market conditions change.
